Preparation
Boil the potatoes, let them cool and cut them into pieces. Mix the vinegar and oil and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Fold in the radishes, potatoes and onion on. Arrange the arugula on plates. Spoon about the mixture. Serve warm or cold.

- 800g new potatoes
- 250 g rocket
- 2 bunches of radishes: sliced
- 2 young onions (or a bunch of spring onions) into rings
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- pepper and salt
